Memorial & Tribute
Though none of us can live on this earth forever, we can live on through the good we do, and the good that is done in our name. Our Memorial wall, located on the main floor of the Hospital pays tribute to those for whom gifts have been donated in their memory.
For more than 80 years the Queen Elizabeth II Hospital has provided the highest possible standard of health care in Northwestern Alberta. If your family member received good care here, perhaps you would like to express your gratitude with a gift to the Hospital which will help countless other patients and their families.
Donations are directed to where the need is greatest within the Hospital unless they have been otherwise specified by the donor. Your gifts demonstrate a sincere concern for all those who come to the QEII and help us provide services that might not otherwise be possible.
Tribute Gifts
You may choose to make a gift to the Queen Elizabeth II Hospital Foundation as a Tribute to someone special. It is an excellent way to honor birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, retirements and other special events. You may also choose to recognize a physician or staff member for the care given to yourself or someone close to you.

The Foundation will promptly acknowledge your gift and notify the designated person or family. The amount of your gift will not be disclosed. A tax receipt will be issued in your name and mailed to you. All donations are greatly appreciated.
